⏺Academy Alliance ⛔️ Does NOT fight in Void. ✅ May fight in Frenzy / Carnival. - Minimum C32 (C33 by April 30)
⏺Rest Alliance (1 allowed)
- placeholder for second accounts / subs or accounts in transfer.
- maximum 1 alliance for the entire nation.
- Subs must be identified by name of owner.
- maximum 2 subs per player allowed
- led by R4 subs of battle alliances.

⏺Troops: Only the council approved alliances above are allowed to have troops above T4. Everything else should be T4 and below. All farms should be T4 and below. Any cities outside of the council alliances are subject to attacks anytime if they have troops above T4. ▶️▶️ All cities below C33 must convert to T4 troops by start of second merged Void: April 30. ⛔️There will be a period of no attacks for 1 week. Any city with T4 and below should not be attacked unless they are pests or in enemy status or in a rogue unrecognized alliance. ⏺Resolution of conflict: Any issues between alliances should be resolved in council.
⏺Void Purge / Cleaning Rules: - Purge time starts at ST 12.00 the day before Void. ⛔️No resource gathering (not even T4) allowed after ST 12.00 day before (can be attacked) ⛔️No resource gathering (not even T4) allowed during 24 hours of Void ▶️Battle alliances: - must shield 1 hour before start of void. ▶️Academy and Rest alliances: - must shield 12 hours before start of Void (ST 12.00) - Does not fight in void: iron defense (always shielded) ⏺Zero Tolerance: ⛔️Battle Alliance - any unshielded cities 1 hour before start of Void. ⛔️Academy and Rest - any unshielded cities 12 hours before start of Void. ⚠️Anyone not bubbled by the cleaning period timing mentioned above will be scouted for warning. Alliance leaders will be contacted to try to reach the players. ⚠️If unable to be contacted, player will be zeroed. Preferably by own alliance to avoid conflict.
⏺Frenzy Purge / Cleaning Rules:
Battle, Academy and Rest alliances:
- must shield 1 hour before start of Frenzy.
- will be zeroed if unshielded at start of Frenzy (after ST00.00) to prevent real troop loss.
- Shield offenders will be tracked and alliances will be responsible for offending members. Many offenses will jeopardize Council status - decided in Council.
⏺Resolution of conflict: Any issues between alliances should be resolved in council. ⏺Distribution of nation resources: ▶TOP3 battle alliances (based on Void performance) can participate in: - Rotation of Capital - City (Governor) one of the three cities closest to them: Alloy, Perpetual, Watson. - 20 benefit buildings. Distribution of elite mines up to each 1/3 map of nation to negotiate. Land distribution proposal: 285 Area: (Alloy city): ▶️Battle alliance #2 TSK (TSX+UTK+AIO) ▶️Battle alliance #5 TKO (TSX+UTK+AIO+UNI) ▶️Academy 285 #1 261 Area (Perpetual City): ▶️Battle Alliance #1 (WOW+SFA) ▶️Battle alliance #4 (WOW+SFA+RSA) ▶️Academy 261 #1 270 Area (Watson city): ▶️▶️Battle Alliance #3 (UNI + RSA) ▶️Academy 270 #1 ▶️Academy 270 #2 ▶️Academy 285 #2 ▶️Academy 261 #2 More Academies in 270 area, since there is 1 less battle alliance and the temporary academies will be encouraged to merge together. When 3 temporary Academy merge to form 1 Academy - earns Vote in Council. End. Rules can be revised by Council.
